I recently became a remote worker. In my company, we keep track of projects sticking paper cards on a wall. Although we do video conferences, it is very hard to read the wall with a normal webcam resolution.

I set out to build a remote operated camera so that I can take hi-res pictures of the wall whenever I need it and access them from anywhere.
  • 1 × Raspberry PI
  • 1 × Point-and-shoot digital camera Compatible with gphoto2. High MP recommended.
  • 1 × Camera tripod
