The Kossel was originally made with 1515 extrusions with linear HIWIN slides and has quiet a small build volume. The scaled up version uses vslot 2020 extrusions. Vslot will be ideal; no slop and smooth quiet, precise motion. It will end up looking somewhat like this minus the direct drive extruder.
I've ordered most of the parts. I still need to acquire a power supply, screws, some carbon rods for the arms and a heated printbed. Updates to come when build proceeds : )

Sorry I realize that was a little vague. I am looking for the top and bottom frame pieces. I think I found them (or a similar set) here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:208458/#files but just wanted to see which ones you used. Really like how your build looks.
I've added just about all the files. If there's anything specific you're after just ask :)
Thanks! I've especially tried to keep it very clean looking. This afternoon I just upgraded it to a 32bit board which is quiet exciting.
If you're building your own, may I suggest you add an autolevel probe right from the start, that you can add on and take off easily. It will make life much easier down the track.
Very cool. This looks to me extremely related to BigDelta: https://github.com/justinledwards/BigDelta is that correct?
Yes it is. Its inspired by it. Looking back I probably should have just built one of those as the big delta frame with 4040 extrusions is much more rigid than the 2020 vslot. The 2020 vslot works fine when brace but it definitely needs the bracing. I hang out on IRC in #bigdelta on freenode.net :-)
Cool, I'm also often on #bigdelta, I'm on there right now, though not sitting at that computer.
I'm planning on building a bigdelta with 2040 extrusions. I hope I can get this project off the ground, it's a little bit stalled right now.
What's your max build height and print bed diameter? Looks awesome, btw. :)
Thanks! :-) The glass is 350mm in diameter, so printing just under that: 330mm. It can go to around 380mm tall near the edges of the glass, and a little taller in the middle (by a few cm). I've just been really busy and I'm not getting around to
documenting it.

Love the build! I am trying to find the files in order to print this. Could you point me to the .stl file directory?
