Why stop at displaying the opcode in plain characters ?

What about typing the opcode and register names too, and assemble them into instruction words ?

At least in principle it is possible since the input devices are modular (using a common control-byte bus) and the instruction format is pretty simple.

I think it will be fun to develop ! I can already see the buttons and TIL311 everywhere, glowing and warming the board...
