Don't waste your time here, but take a look at my other 2 Project entrants:
Main focus on this project was size, but after the first run of PCBs came back, I noticed that I could make it much much smaller. Also the USB PCB connector fits nicely into the USB Port of a MacBook Pro but is quite loose in some other sockets.
