MostToast is a DIY solder reflow oven controller with a web interface. It uses an ATmega328 for PID control, read MAX31855 temp sensor, read zero cross-detector, drive TRIAC, and communicate over serial to ESP8266.
ESP8266 (running NodeMCU firmware) is used to connect to the network and run a Javascript program to display temperature. It also lets you upload and save reflow profiles, change controller settings, and generally be nice to look at (eventually).
The picture on the left is just a scary looking prototype...
Just a friendly reminder to please upload your complete design documents by 23:59 UTC on Dec 8, 2015 to be in the running for #The Square Inch Project!
How is the thermocouple attached to the toaster oven?
