Mini (1.44'' x 0.94'' or 24mm x 37mm) 8X16 RGB LED Array. 128 RGB LEDs with three LED chip each gives 384.

I stand corrected! :) The IKEA lens is probably crappy molded acrylic. Looks like you've beaten that by using a good glass lens. That's awesome.

This was also my first thought, when I saw #Pi Zero IOT Led Matrix Beamer. But this slide projector was cheaper and it got shipped. Maybe I will take a look at the Ikea thing, when I am at Ikea the next time. It looks more fancy (more retro-space-design-like).
