Teensy BOB

Wow, I've made a lot of progress on this project and v1.4 is pretty solid. It's been used in a number of exhibits and I figured that if others wanted one, I should make them available.

I got the first boards, and they work well! Except for the fact that the mounting holes were a bit too small, and needed more space. I've made some minor changes, and upped the version number (and added it to the board) and I'll send it off for another batch.
