11Step 11
Print out the instructions, and on the back put another copy of the "part identifier" to aid your recipient.
Shave a little (<1 mm) off the edges of this sheet of paper too, to account for the laser kerf. Fold the sheet in half.

12Step 12
Lay the instructions on top of the top sheet, and I like to use a couple of elastic bands to keep it all in-place. It saves the pieces from all falling out when the package is opened.

Finally, add any message you would like, and put the pack into a card-backed A5 envelope and post it!
All the ones I posted weighed 104 g, combined with the thickness, this puts them in the 250 g bracket for Royal Mail's "Large Letter" - costing £1.26 First Class. If it was 5 grams lighter, it would be 95 p, so YMMV.

At the other end, hopefully your recipient can decipher the instructions to construct themselves a little laser-cut Christmas tree
