The tank is built from scraps I found lying around at home, with some cheap electronic bought parts that I have built. I have a python server script that is running on a raspberry pi, and have developed a very simply android client app that controls that sends instructions to the tank.
The android app uses the accelerometer to control the direction.
Currently the tank can go forwards and reverse, is also able to run left and right.
Still do :
1. Add speed control
2. Able to move forwards and reverse in a left or right direction
3. Build a better housing unit
4. Add power bank for raspberry pi
5. Complete automation is the main goal of the project
