Finally have stock + Parts list update for DIYers
03/28/2016 at 16:39 • 0 commentsThe parts list has been updated with direct links to the parts used on the PiAngle. You can also now order a blank board directly through Tindie if you feel like assembling your own. Also, there is the option on the Tindie page for me to include the USB Controller the FE1.1S - this is because you can't really get them on digikey or similar sites(as far as I can tell), only from overseas websites like aliexpress which take forever to get. It will just save you some time if you want me to include one with your board. All of the other parts are easy to get.

I have just added 25 assembled boards in stock on Tindie, and can begin shipping this week. I will be ordering more parts from Digikey this week as well to keep the stock up.

KickStarter Failed.
03/09/2016 at 01:52 • 0 commentsWe got to $3600 for the KickStarter but it wasn't enough. That is okay though, it was still a good run. I was looking for more to do a large run with the KickStarter money.
I posted them on Tindie if anyone is interested in ordering one. Please fill out the "Desired Quantity" feature on Tindie so I can better gauge how many I need to manufacture.

Last few days for the KickStarter - Final Design
03/01/2016 at 15:55 • 0 commentsFinal design with the added ESD protection and new USB Micro plugs. The plugs make the board 6mm closer to the Pi. Works well.
KickStarter down to its last days... 4 to go!
Its going to be really close, but hopefully we'll get some coverage somewhere for the final days! Check out the KickStarter and share with your friends!

New USB Micro Connectors In!
02/09/2016 at 16:13 • 0 commentsOrdered a few samples of the new USB Micro board mount plug I am planning on using. They look great and are going to improve the form factor a lot. A lot a lot. Connectors in today. New PCBs in next week.
New connector on bottom.

New Shorter USB Micro Board Connectors.
02/05/2016 at 15:10 • 0 commentsPretty cool update. I found some much better design USB Micro board connections.
They are only one piece instead of two, and they knock about 5mm off the distance of the board!
I'm going to update the design to include these.
