I found on the web the Ice Tube Clock Kit. I like the tube system and wanted to make one with a MSP430. I like the stacking of the TC18 project.

As the development went along I added wireless and battery features into the clock desgin.

Acrylic Support

It has been a while but I made acrylic support last November. It makes a nice looks to the clocks.
At the base of the tube, there is 3 LED on some of the clocks. It never looked as pleasing as the idea. Waiting to see how the 8+3 mm acrylic support diffuse that light.

In order to have a correct hardware/software match, I designed the PCB with a hardware prototype made with the MSP430 IV-18 BoosterPack. I begun to write my own firmware on this early prototype and did power consuption/battery testing.
