Just a quick hack!
I do use SMD parts more often nowadays and I like to align them on the PCB with tweezers for easier soldering.
Normal tweezers are tiring for my hands/fingers after extensive use, so I bought self-locking tick tweezers and added a M3 screw to them to easily adjust clamping force for different part sizes like small resistors/caps, chips...
