A Clock that keeps time in decimal fractions of a day. Made before microcontrollers--all TTL. My mom made a stained glass box. It works out that 15 minutes is pretty close to 1% of a day.

Saw your comment about PCB fabs. Check out PCBWay. Fast and cheap, plus they can do 4-mil trace and space. I used them for the CAT board because none of the other low-cost fabs could get below 5-mil.
