Ryan, you'r a hard man to track down.  I found your article FPGAs for the Hobbyist (July 2015) while googling for hardware to implement a VGA interface for old technology Relisys TR65 RS232 terminal. I'd like to exchange e-mail with you and discuss the possiblilty of creating a VGA interface module to take the TR65 controller board output and drive an LED VGA monitor.
