I had the itch to be able to get digital copies of printables from my gameboy games. Fortunately someone had done the hard work of doing the printer communications via an arduino https://importhack.wordpress.com/2014/04/17/gbcamera-imagesaver/.

I was able to duplicate his results on my uno testbed and then pack it into a pill bottle inline through an arduino nano. This gives a neat cable with the GB link on one end and USB on the other!

However, the python code was written specifically to handle images from the GB camera. Those images are always the same size, whereas the titles I have like Super Mario Bros Deluxe and Pokemon G/S/C print images of varying lengths.

I adjusted it so that it will handle prints of any length. I also added realtime ascii previews!
