Ditched the weights

Got rid of the weights and trying out a simple rubber band. So far it is working very nicely and my wife gets her fishing weights back :-)

This the first test run for the relay.

This is with the contact gap adjustment screw added and the relay connected between IO and the typewriter/printer for a slow test.
