This is pretty straightforward. You need to build a platform for the web cam on the GoPro harness or a utility cart.

You also need to find a "volunteer" willing to wear this thing in public or you'll have to do it. Also need to find a disabled person who has the tech-savvy equipment like a SmartPhone and knows how to use it for Internet browsing. And also willing to pay your admission and lunch breaks at the venue - unless your just in a philanthropic mood?

Also when and if you can get permission to use this thing at a public venue, it is IMPERATIVE that you bring this to their security department at the venue to be thoroughly searched before going into the venue. You also need to sign HHA (hold harmless agreement) to absolve the venue from any damage to your equipment or yourself. It would be smart to also get a COI (certificate of insurance) from your insurance agent to show the venue that you have general liabilty for your hobbyist operation.

Also I have NO RESPONSIBILITY for any misuse of this idea. I only recommend using it to help disabled people see the world from their bed or wheelchairs. If you have some other nefarious plans then that's on you not me.
