Step 11

Fuel System
A) Prepare the parts
B) Install the Fuel Pickup
Using a piece of wire pull the fuel pickup into the tank though the vent holes and up through the hole in the top of the tank.
C) Place the tank on the vehicle
Don't permanently attached it yet
D) Connect the fuel pickup to the main line
E) Attach the main line to the fuel tank
Thread the main line into the tank. Be careful not to over-tighten and strip the threads
F) Attach the fuel line to the engine
G) Permanently attach the tank
Using wire (I used coat hangers), strap the tank to the frame

CG of whole machine should be as near to the center as possible. CG of all items/ subassemblies should be near to the CG of whole machine, or items/subassemblies should be fitted in symmetric for this reason.

However I have just started reading the details provided here but I hope CG (center of gravity) of engine and fuel tank (including fuel weight) has been considered before final positioning of these 2 items.
