DAV5 V2.1 Spectrometer

Picture number 2, illustrates placement of first mirror and focal mirror at exactly 35 degrees for both mirror platforms, this conclusion was verified through my own experiments on my optics protoboard to make sure this design would work.

Now sometime in the future I may add a 10X objective eye piece lens in between the two mirrors if the focal mirror is not adequate enough to focus the wavelength correctly, or if I want to precisely choose a wavelength through incident angle diffraction.

I had to design a rectangle shaped mirror mount for 3-D printing so I can use it as a first mirror in my upcoming project; The DAV5 V3 UV/VIS Spectrometer:

This is the design for the reflective and focusing mirror for the DAV5 V2, the mirror's are 25mm in dia. and 2.2mm in thickness, all parts will be 3-D printed for this project. The prototype as it stands right now, has a cost of $293.81 US, all tolerances as far as the designs go are 0.05mm +-, so I will have to see what the actual results turn out to be when the final parts are produced and make adjustments from there.
