Here is the code for the actual pyqt GUI. Put it in the same directory as the pyqt_spec_ser.py code. Not in final form, but it works for testing.

pyqt_spec_ser.py

This is the Python code for running the Spectrophotometer. It runs on a Linux box, but can be easily modified to run with Windows. Only the command to open the serial port needs to change. This assumes that the LockIn_Spectro2.ino code is running on the Teensy. Not pretty, not final, but works for anyone who wants to play or just see the code.

This is the Arduino file for controlling the Teensy. This code is not well commented or especially pretty, but I provide it for those who really want to see how to control the ADA2200 and the other parts of the system.
