I could not resist to make some test if my CNC can also do pcb's.
No problem on this :) Here i used the "Probe"-Feature of Grbl to get the exact position of the pcb. But then i milled to deep ;)
Here a small explication video how it works.
I'm currently building the new X-Axis train with additional bearing.. see below progress :)
Not perfect yet - but also not bad for a not calibrated machine :)
The manual ( wiki ) starts to grow and the dxf/stl files are on github.

I just finished to redraw the hole machine with most details. Only the screws and nuts are missing. Not sure if i will add them all ;)

Hey Adam, thanks! Until now i have not noticed a "flexing" effect on the cuts i have done so far.On the backsite of the printed parts of the carriage i have added some inserts for screws to fix the alu bar's very good.

Great work! Does using wood for the gantry sides cause any issues with flex?
