RawWatchmenData.csv

This is a data file with raw sensor readings. The first column is the entry in the ring buffer (it can be ignored). The second value indicates which sensor the reading is from. The third column indicates if the pulse is being asserted (0) or deasserted (1). The fourth value is the 84MHZ counter timestamp. The counter counts down, not up, and resets to 8,400,000.
