Solar Power Monitor Arduino Files.
This uses the Arduino ATMEGA1284 library.
This version has pre-programmed MPPSOLAR and network values as the standard Arduino webservers don't work withe ATMEGA1284.
I am working on a full webserver for this to allow programmable parameters. This version needs the parameters to be set at the header of the program and then re-compiled
