Prepare the pipe segments

Cut the pipes into pieces of required lengths. If pipes are available in 10 foot spans, you will require 2.5 full length pieces. Assemble the frame.

Prepare the PVC Wire casing

Cut the PVC Wire casing into required lengths.

Attach bulb holders

On one of the mating halves of the casing, drill 3 holes at equal lengths. Wire up the bulb holders, passing wires through the holes. Screw bulb holders in place. Repeat for all 4 modules.

Make snap-on segments

Place the bulb-holder side of the mating pair on the pipe frame, mark out a suitable length and cut. Screw these square segments into the pipe frames at equal locations.

Wiring up

Complete wiring up the bulb holders, switches and plugs for every module. Create a combined plug-point by wiring up 4 female 2-pin sockets with a suitable length of wire into a single plug.

Final Assembly

Snap the modules onto the frame, insert bulbs into the sockets and plug everything in after checking for loose connections, etc.
