1Stage-1, Soldering
- One standard preffboard is more than enough for installation of the parts. At first the DIL sockets should be soldered on preffboarb. Power-Bus must be created on the prefboard so that all the parts share the same power-bus. Use standard red LED on Power-bus to indicate on/off status.
-
2Stage-2, components
- Each DIL socket needs standard inline pin connectors, where the jumper wires can be plugged painlessly. This step must be done for all DIL sockets, from rear side of the Preffboard, where the actual soldering was performed.
-
3Stage-3, connetions
- Proceed to soldering the green smd LED's for each EPROM's Vcc and GND, (used to indicate power supply status for each EPROM), with suitable smd resistors (180 Ohm).
- There is an option/step for soldering the lower headers of the card, below the area of EPROMs installation, this is done to make memory-card plug-able to any kind of breadboard. Also it can be used as a general-purpose interface. In my case I use it as a plug-able holder, but at the beginning it was planned to use for both. In case you do, the size must be chosen depending on the EPROMs , 4x EPROMs= 4x 8bit data bus lines, plus 4x 16bit address-bus lines, 4x 3 control line GPIO =108 pin headers should be soldered. But of course the address-bus and data-bus GPIO for the CPU connections are shared.

4Stage-4, optional
- Optional you could install a voltage regulator, LM-78 or similar.......
