1Start with a solderable breadboard from All Electronics CAT # PC-4 a 3" by 4.25"

2Enlarge the holes for the bridge rectifier. The first hole is 9 holes from the left long edge and the first top hole. Then the next three holes are parallel to the long edge spaced .2 " apart.

3Enlarge the holes for the two 6 terminal connection points. The left side starts at 1 hole in from the side and the 4th hole from the bottom, then every other hole for the next 5 holes. The other 6 terminal strip is on the right edge mirroring the left

4The placement of the 3 switching supplies are as follows. .6" x 1.6" lead placement with 2 hole gap between the + lead of the bridge rectifier and a 3 hole gap between each switching regulator board the first connection begins in the 2nd hole from a edge

5I spaced the switching supplies off the board using 4 nylon spacers. I also spaced the SparkFun pro mini off the board using 4 glass beads. The location for the SparkFun pro mini board is centered on the center switching supply with a 2 hole gap.

6With the switching supplies and the pro mini board installed by 4 wire leads each and with a surplus lead length on the back side of the board the point to point wire connections can be made. Then the insulated cross over connections can be made.

7Install the bridge rectifier with the negative lead at the top edge and the 1000 ufd capacitors negative lead at the top edge. The first capacitor has a 3 hole gap between the bridge. The other 2 capacitors has a 5 hole gap.

8I used 20 or 22 guage insulated wire, or stripped bare, to make the power buss leads with the component leads bent over and soldered to the buss. Keep all lead lengths long where multiple connections will be made until done.

9Note the orientation of the FETs and their drive resistors. These components connect to the terminal connections and the pro mini using the component wire leads except for the connection to pin 9 which required a short insulated wire.

10You should be able to complete the wire connections using the photos and the schematic. Note the 2 trim pots used are a Allen Bradley Type S,,,, 2 kilo ohm part # SH2021 that I found at All Electronics at 5/ $1.00.
