All the files except  <main wheel> are printed only once. And main wheel needs to print twice.

I painted  <LAS VEGAS SIGN>, <FERRIS>, <HOTEL>. It's because my PLA color was colorful. It's up to you whether paint or not!

You first assemble the <BASE_SUPPORT> , <HANDLE>, and<HANDLE_GEAR>.

Then with <HANDLE_GEAR>  and <BIG_GEAR> fitted, stick the <COLUMN> to <BASE_SUPPORT> with glue-gun. Then fit the <SMALL_GEAR> on top of <BIG_GEAR>

Then place the man, ferris, Las Vegas sign, hotel, and sprout as you want!

Very easy but pretty!
