The project is completely done!
The hardware was modified, the software was completely rewritten to fit a FRDM-64 Development board in BareMetal mode.
It works with the control panel on the toy and we added a custom mobile app.
In this log we have successfully arm the spider robot, connected the electrical elements and its functional
Body, it includes the motors that control the legs, the computer and the motors that control the claws and the trowing water functionality.
The claws and legs, they are joined by servos to a DC motor using the following heads:

Those Freescale chips have a ton of computing power, a great upgrade to this spider. Can't wait to see it up and walking around with its new brain!
