2Launch Eclipse and import blinky
An example project can be imported from here: https://github.com/naingyeaung93/STM32F030F4_Breakout by downloading STM32F030F4_blinky.zip and unzipping the file. Launch Eclipse, and import the project by going File -> Import and then select the unzipped folder. The project was built for STM32F030F4P6, and the debugger used was J-Link EDU MINI
