1CAD FIles & 3D printing
Download the CAD files and 3D print the casing and rotor parts.

2Stepper Motor
Place the Nema 17 motor at the bottom of the casing and align the thread holes together. Then fix the 4 x M3 bolts to secure the motor

3Rotor Fitment
Align the rotor's orientation with the D-cut on the Nema 17 shaft. Insert the shaft into the rotor's hollow centre cylinder and push the rotor downwards until the end of the D-cut

4Rollers & M8 bolts
align the bearing with one of the rotor's holes and then insert the M8 bolt from the top. Secure the bolt using one of the nuts and then rotate the rotor and repeat this step for the remaining two bearings.

5Tubing
Finally, pass the tubing through the raceway holes on the side of casing and make sure the tubing passing behind each roller until it reaches the other end of the raceway.
