The cats seem not to mind some walls' raw particle board optic. 🐈⬛
The aluminium/zinc-plated facade cladding is holding up well after its first winter.

The exterior cladding is completed, and the roller shutters are working, just in time for the first snow this year.
It is not built from containers, but it sure looks like one ;)
Due to new / more size restrictions and, I had to replan all of the structure. So I will (hopefully) build it a traditional wood-frame house.
But I still keep the room layout and most of the design features:

I found a video that discusses this topic very well, with some practical examples.
Due to size restrictions, I would have to resize (cut and weld) all of the containers. Thus building with shipping containers no longer makes sense. So I will build it with a more traditional metal-stud-wall ish approach.
But I will keep the room layout and most of the design features:
I had to shrink the footprint a little bit.
Now the containers intersect wich each other.

I hope I will get a building permit. Currently, I am hiring a professional architect because only they are allowed to draw plans for the submission documents.
