OOPs, I think the regulator burned the leds, so time for a replacement

The 5mm UC 395 nm LEDs for curing burned out, so I ordered some more that are larger and tollerant to small voltage fluctuations. So I will replace them

This was the first try for printing a ring, the ring was far too tight and after the test fit I could not pull it off and had to destroy it.

This ring holds to two case halves together and also holds the reflector in place in the tip of the flashlight. Here we are measuring for it.
