1Step 1
Download the model files here:

The STL files for 3D printing are provided as well as Inventor 2014 files if you want to make any edits.
You'll also need various #4 machine screws and hardware like lock washers and nuts. I use acetone to glue some of the plastic pieces together.
-
2Step 2
You'll need to print these pieces:
2x Body
1x Bottom
4x Bottom_supports
4x Arm
4x Motor_mount
4x Arm_foot
-
3Step 3
Use acetone to glue the motor mounts to the arm pieces. Allow the arms to dry and flip them over. Glue a foot piece to each arm.
-
4Step 4
Glue the 4 bottom supports to the bottom piece. This bottom piece will hold the flight controller.
-
5Step 5
Attach the body pieces, arms and bottom together using machine screws. The motors are also attached with machine screws.
-
6Step 6
And that's how you make the frame! The frame design is not perfect, and I will likely make some revisions in the future. Feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions.

Please let me know if the PS2 transmitter sketch becomes available I would be ecstatic if I could finally get my PS2 controller to transmit to my MultiwiiFC!
