11Cut two 6" pieces of tubing and place as shown. These will be used to create an air gap for water vapor.

12Add the condensing heat sink
Cut a 4" piece of tubing in half as shown
Place the tubing around one of the short edges of the heat sink.
Then wedge the heat sink into the frame, using the tubing to hold it in place and create a seal.
Finally push it all the way to the top as shown.

13Connect frame, icing bag, and graduated cylinder to create collector.
The water will drip from the bottom fin of the heat sink and from the bottom of the laminated frame. Be sure that there is a water tight seal over this area as best as possible.

Step 13, where you connect the icing bag, is a little unclear to me. Are you placing the bag around the entire thing? How is it sealed?
