Cut four 12" rods into eight 6" rods

Fasten the rods together into two rectangle frames (I used staples for quick & easy)

Waterproof one of the frames fully (I laminated with packing tape)

Secure screen to back of laminated frame

Place copper plate on UNLAMINATED frame

Fasten and seal the copper plate to the frame with high temperature tape

Seal back of the plate to the frame so there are no gaps for water vapor or adsorpent to escape

Add adsorpent - I use zeolite for fish tanks

Attach and seal two frames together so the screen holds the adsorpent packed tightly (I used a generous amount of packing tape)

Add insulating material around the outside. (I used mylar bubble-wrap from grocery delivery bags)
