This is a budget build of a DLP printer for manufacture of small parts (specifically wheels for my robotics project). This is just a log of my purchases to be used as a reference to any UK builders, as some of the parts have few sources.

Just a quick picture of the printer with projector mounted. Just a few connections to be made to the RPi for the end stops etc. Interestingly, (by design) the projector does not need to be modified for this build area, so this slightly larger design could be seen as 'easier' than the 'LittleRP' design where the focal distance needs to be reduced to allow it to focus on the small build plate.
Today we cut and assembled the MDF structure of the machine. There are a few errata to note (that I will update in the files at some point). The holes for the projector are not exactly right, we manually drilled them 6mm to the left (projectors point of view). Also the small front pannel below the door needed to be 6mm higher. (Please ignore this rubbish reporting, this is mainly notes to self ;) )
