Multi-Meter Pulse Reader with ESP32-S3 and LTE

As soon as the PCBs and components arrived, I assembled everything manually and... it works! For me, this is a great result, being only the first prototype of the project. Now it's time to measure some consumption!

I've successfully completed the first prototype of the project, incorporating all the functionalities I require for the time being. As soon as I have all the components and boards in hand, I'll proceed with the initial testing phase.
