1Ordering and Assembly
Ordering with JLCPCB
Both Gerber files were generated using EasyEDA for JLCPCB multi-color silkscreen technology. When ordering with JLCPCB make sure you select the below settings, as these are required for both the PCB design and multi-color silkscreen.
Base Material: FR-4Layers: 2
PCB Thickness: 1.6
PCB Color: White
Surface Finish: ENIG
Mark on PCB: Remove Mark
Silkscreen Technology: EasyEDA multi-color silkscreen
Assembly
LED 1 & 4 (Ears): Red LED
LED 2 & 3 (Horn): Amber LED
R1: 10 Ohm
H1: SMT 2x3
If using different make, model, or color LEDs, make sure you calculate the correct resistor size. I used this site for my original calculations based on supply voltage of 3V.
Important For the Side View PCB only: Due to a bug in the side view led component of the schematic, the negative and positive labels for the LEDs are reversed. When you solider the LED, make sure the Anode (+) is connected to the negative labeled pad. You can use a multimeter on continuity test to verify the traces (routes).
