Add a way to control it more easily: some potentiometers, an old glove, and some soldering.

Lost a finger at a small robotic exhibition, but it was still a lot of fun!

Raw window lift motor was not powerful enough and had too much speed, so let’s cut bigs plywood gears (and add a second motor, because why not)

Young me found a car window lift motor. Let’s add it!
