Install the Espressif ESP-IDF version  v5.3.2  on your Mac or Windows PC (via Visual Studio Code).
Follow the instructions in the links below to install and setup the IDE

Firmware setup steps:

1. Clone or download the firmware  repository at: https://github.com/Meterbit/PIXLPAL-M1
2. In VS Code,  goto:  File → Open Folder → select the Pixlpal-M1 project folder.
3. Build the project by clicking the build icon (spanner) in the bottom status bar.
