Description

KitchenAid ProLine is the only dual-boiler Gaggia Classic. Let's convert it to a regular GC and add Gaggiuino.

Details

This particular ProLine was in a pretty bad shape when I acquired it, powdercoat was getting off due to cast oxidation, midplate started to rust badly, switches were falling apart, and worse off the steam boiler was finished. Steam boiler parts seemingly made of unobtainium so I decided to convert the machine to a regular single-boiler Gaggia.

Scales are experimental, it remains to be seen how they will hold up.

Gaggiuino

PCB v2 was used for Gaggiuino, mounted on a remixed bottom.
DeLonghi 5513219851 connected to 5513219841 with a coupler from Amazon.
3WV exhaust is tamed with DeLonghi 5513216891 box.
