School Group Project

The project was to make a robot involving the Mbed. So we decided to make a DIY ROSbot with the purpose of having it "stalk" around people.  

The Pi locates faces with YOLO, then determines whether the bot should  drive left or right by sending signals to the Arduino, simple as that.

Yeah the bot isn't the coolest thing in the world and only has that 1 function.  It doesn't even run on ROS nor have any advanced navigation systems.

The Mbed

I'm in charge of making use of the board as its technically an Mbed course, and I hated it.  It has tons of outdated stuff and compatability issues.  But I managed to make a datalogger with it that sends data logs to my phone via bluetooth and stores the data to the onboard USB drive.  I had a 1.4k word essay talking about how much i hated the board. I built the entire system in my room and it works just fine, but taking it to campus and it just breaks for no reason, bringing it back without any modifications and the board just revived itself.
