Current State, up and running
2 hours ago • 0 commentsFinally have a weeks worth of data for my home monitor system. Been changing so much.
So what is included
- Pico2W handling the webserver and controls
- the second CPU in the Pico 2W handling an LCD display
- 2 temperature sensors (living room and garage)
- 1 temp/humidity/pressure sensor in lanai
- 2 Shelly plugs controlling lights
- 1 Kauf bulb over the entry way with flashy red/white/blue every couple minutes
- 1 PIR sensor on PicoW which controls a Kasa plug lights in a dark garage (my wife thinks this is the best part)
- Ambient light sensor will turn on a selected light when dark during daytime storms
- Control of lights based on sunset or time
- Cloudflare tunnel to access from anywhere
Here are 3 of the 5 pages served by the RPi Pico 2W, The other 2 pages are diagnostic info. Of note that diag keeps track of active vs wait time, and the 2W is idle 97% of the time
