Zugrow started as a way to bring the core operational parts of short-term rental management into one place: reservations, guest messaging, calendars, reporting and property operations.

The current focus is the AI Agent Hub. Rather than treating AI as a standalone chatbot, agents sit alongside the underlying property-management functions and can use reservation, property and operational context.

We’re currently working on agents for guest messaging, pricing, reviews, maintenance and operational admin, with different levels of autonomy depending on what the host allows.

Alongside that, we’re continuing work on channel integrations, the multi-property calendar, unified inbox, direct bookings and reporting.

Next up is improving agent orchestration and giving hosts finer control over which actions can run automatically versus requiring approval.
