1Step 1
Buy all needed parts as in the components list (which is for a pair of speakers, you don't want mono, right?)
-
2Step 2
Open up your 3D slicer and load the models in (a print area of 200x150x150mm or larger is recommended), set infill preferably to 25% or more for a more solid enclosure.
-
3Step 3
print it, and once done remove all unneeded support materials., also please sand sharp corners down a bit
note: in this project Colorfabb NGEN was used for it's rigidness, but with only 10% infill note2: uploaded the models at 3Dhubs, since i don't have the room for a 3D printer personally, price was about €88 including shipment

4Step 4
begin by soldering a 3.3OHM resistor in parallel with the tweeter, then add one pole of the bipolar 4.7UF capacitor to the positive terminal of the tweeter, the other end of the capacitor to a 1ohm resistor, bollowed by about 10cm wire, for the negative pole of the tweeter, you can simply solder a 20cm wire on it
note: wire thickness doesn't matter that much, but at least 0.75mm desired
-
5Step 5
solder the plus and minus wires of the tweeter to the TB speaker fullrange speaker terminals, plus to plus, minus to minus, make sure you do this on the frontside with the cables trough the 4" hole.
-
6Step 6
mount the tweeter on the inside of the enclosure, it should be a snuggly fit. if it's too loose, add some sealing tape. if it's too tight, sand some out of the tweeter hole
-
7Step 7
add sealing tape to around the 4" hole's edges and mount the 4" TB speaker with 4 screws in place
-
8Step 8
from the backside, make sure the tweeter's capacitor + resistor don't make direct contact with the 4" speaker, but only by wires.
-
9Step 9
next, screw the passive radiators in the backplates, the passive radiators should have a sealing tape on them by default, if not, apply sealing tape to those as well
-
10Step 10
apply sealing tape to the terminal and screw it in it's cutout under the passive radiator
