We wanted to improve interaction with buttons. A lot of problems have bothered us with buttons that we wanted to solve. For example you click the button and nothing happens, or you are not clear did you pressed it or not, and then you click it again and software do it twice... It was frustrating. We built this module to eliminate this possibility. You can now clearly see if you actually pressed the button or not with indicating BT LED diode.
What makes it special?
This board is small compact and it will help you with your projects that includes buttons. It has minimal power consumption and with its small size you can create some wearables or other hardware interaction designs. You can insulate it with heat shrink tubing and create button out from your project box... Possibilities are endless.
Tindie Blog about it:
Nice project! For a next version, I would suggest to add two mounting holes in the PCB. It would be great to have a mountable version of a tact switch.
