This needs a generally tested, breadboarded prototype, or at least it should. I've added 2.2mm drill holes where I could for later case designs to screw on, but I'm not sure about them. A beast to layout and probably more to solder! Seems to make sense to get a stencil for the first time.
- The attiny has some transistors for the RGB backlight now
- I've added a grove connector for other I2C modules
- moved some parts around
- removed the tCream pads off of my AVR pads

Couldn't you use a "neopixel" to save needing the transistors? They even do them in 3535 now!

hm, well I probably could fit some there instead as well. But I'd still use an attiny for controlling them over I2C. I started from #Nokia 3310 / 5110 display board , where I've already done the whole RGB LED thing... and I already have RGB leds and now I can solder them by hand. The transistors I need for the auto reset anyways.

Exciting! Send me the order number when you're done and I'll make sure the shipping is fast: drew@oshpark.com :)

Thank you, I will do that! :) has to be a 2oz board though, so production might take a bit, right? but first I'll test everything on a breadboard, just to make sure.
