People You May Like is also getting stale. I see the same people over and over again. Some I think haven't logged in for years.

Featured Projects has not changed again for a couple of months now. It used to get updated much more frequently. You have a great opportunity to highlight the hard work of your contributors and it’s being wasted because this “feature” is not being curated properly. Except for two very lucky individuals it’s a waste of your space on you home page. 

The project search bar returns zero results for me no matter what I search. I had this same results on two different laptops starting a couple of weeks ago

Uploading pics for projects seems to be broken.  Is anyone else having this problem?

What happened to "my messages"? I see, that I have 2 new messages, but by clicking on "my messages", I get redirected to discord, where I have no channel or server or whatsoever linked to hackady.io.

Global feed seems to sometimes end after a page or two, and seems to be triggered by certain projects. Which means you may have a JS vulnerability on your site.

I can open and fill the New Project form, but clicking Publish immediately returns the 403 “Something Went Wrong” page.

I don't understand why "Sign up with X" is one of the only two social login options offered on this site. Everybody with an ounce of self respect already left that platform. There's only neo nazis left there now.

discord link doesn't work

HaD should stop announcing new profile pages on the global feed. It's being used by spammers to post nonsensical AI slop.

I created a new project.  I cannot find anyway to add external links like before (e.g. github).  Is this gone?  Moved?

Yeah, the search function doesn't work. I had to resort to web search. And I got the lost spaceman the first time I tried to post this so the site still throttles requests sometimes.

There's been some history of images not loading. Even when eventually successful, lazy-loaded images may appear after a reader has already scrolled past where they aren't.

As it is now, there is no indication that anything is missing from where an image hasn't loaded yet.

Request: please add some kind of visible place-holder where an image hasn't loaded yet, preferably to include the image "title" and/or "alt" text.

For example: the editor (only) shows a broken image icon and the image "alt" text where an image source doesn't resolve.

Stretch: the editor invites entry of an image "title" then populates both the title and alt tags with that text. Not terrible, but not always ideal. How about a checkbox to toggle optional entry of a different alt text?

What I am upset about is that your notice did not warn that existing messages would become inaccessible, nor include a warning to grab any conversations before they did so.

I put a lot of time and effort into my project work, and now I am nervous that it could all vanish if someone decides to. Do we have any legal agreements not to wipe our work?

I understand you have made the choice to offload in-app chat to Discord. Not only are my existing conversations now inaccessible, but Discord are a dreadful choice for all the reasons explained here:

To set up an account, they want an enormous amount of personal details. When (not if!) they get hacked, hackers will then be able to use those details to prove they are me or any other Discord user. Nobody with any security concerns should use Discord, or tell people to use it.

Hey site management: You might as well zero the unread messages count since clicking on My Messages doesn't dismiss it and I'm not going to join Discord anyway.
