The main parts will be:
- Ring Modulator
- 555 pulse generator
- Microphone amp
If I can work it into the project in time:
- A color/light organ (because the Cybermen and Daleks both have a part that lights up when they speak)
The plan for this project is to keep it as low budget as I can. (For those makers out there that, like me, do the best they can with what little they have).

We're currently building a full size replica Dalek at our local hackerspace (www.somakeit.org.uk) and will be using one of their designs to start off with. Will be very interesting to see if you can come up with an improved version we may be able to use :)
