Webmaker tools on Raspberry Pi

There has been some changes to Thimble design upstream. Perhaps I have to incorporate those changes in the distro.

When you call 'webmaker.local' the Thimble project loads. \o/

• Install Node.js Version Manager (NVM)

Setup hostapd and dhcp. However the ip address are not assigned to clients.
